“Pros: Close to both tram and bus stop Cons: A lot of new hire with lack of training. Dismissive when replying to email. Bad service, a lot of unprofessional response. Maintenance were inexperienced. There’s a lot of staff within Scape Kingsford team, but internal communication seem to be poor.”
